Maltodextrin
Our maltodextrin is produced by the hydrolysis of rice or tapioca starch.
The term maltodextrin is based on the terms maltose and dextrose. Maltodextrin is water-soluble and odorless.
The energy content of maltodextrin is 4 kilocalories per gram. Maltodextrin is mainly used in the food industry. In addition, there are applications in the field of food supplements, in the beverage industry, the pharmaceutical industry and in the field of cosmetics.

Tapioca fibers are carbohydrate plant compounds with a low glycemic index that have versatile applications in the manufacture of food, cosmetic and animal nutrition products.

Tapioca fibers in foods:
- in bakery and dairy products, partial replacement of flours, emulsifiers, fibers and starches (potato, corn, rice and/or wheat)
